Pride & Roar brings together theatre, business experience, and language teaching to help professionals become more effective communicators. The work is practical: understand your audience, shape your message, and develop the physical and vocal techniques that help it land.
Whether you are preparing for a presentation, speaking English at work, or helping a team communicate more clearly, coaching and training begin with your real communication challenges. Through exercises, rehearsal, and feedback, we make the techniques visible and usable.
THE PRIDE & ROAR METHOD: BODY / BOUCHE / BRAIN
Effective communication brings physical presence, voice, and thought into alignment. Body / Bouche / Brain gives us a practical way to work on each part and connect them.
BODY — Physical presence. Posture, movement, eye contact, and the way you use space. Learn to support your message with purposeful physical choices.
BOUCHE — Voice and expression. Breath, articulation, pace, emphasis, and pronunciation. Explore how your voice can make meaning clearer and hold attention.
BRAIN — Message and intention. Audience, structure, language, and storytelling. Decide what matters, why it matters to your listeners, and how to make it understood.
Confidence grows through preparation, practice, and honest engagement. The aim is to help you communicate as yourself, with greater awareness and control.

Ari Warshawsky
My background brings together theatre, more than 30 years in business, and a lasting interest in how people connect. I studied Drama at Ithaca College and have worked in or alongside the performing arts throughout my professional life.
That experience sits alongside an MBA from Luxembourg School of Business, CELTA certification, and a High Performing Business Certificate from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Together, they inform a practical approach to communication: understand the message, understand the audience, and prepare the delivery.
At Pride & Roar, I help professionals apply those skills to their own work, from an everyday conversation to an important presentation.

While pursuing less artistically connected life activities such as sports or business, I found the fundamentals that I learned as a theatre kid served me well no matter the enterprise. In the artistic world I was surrounded with people who understood the value of my skills and often had a deeper or even more effective means to communicate than I did. Outside the arts, my skills were coveted as a value placing me in the forefront and often affording me leadership roles. From captain of a hockey team to CEO of a corporation.
Being a good communicator is a great advantage for me, but that is only part of my story. Great communications requires excellent listening skills, and listening breeds empathy. It is through the empathic path of my life that I sought to help others achieve that which spoke to their most immediate needs. From running an errand, to being a sounding board for a difficult life circumstance, I have always been a willing participant to help others.
With the advent of a relocation to Europe and completion of an MBA, I began to identify other opportunities to use the plethora of my skills and experiences to the benefit of the community around me. Pride and Roar is the most logical iteration of all that I have achieved in my life and career. It is an honor to work with individuals and businesses to find their voices and find the power in telling their stories with confidence.
